How to become our dealer? If you are in Canada, please register an user name on our website first. Then follow the steps below to become reseller.: 1. FAX or mail the copy of your vendor permit to: 1 (416) 421-4901, if you don't have vendor permit, please go to http://www.trd.fin.gov.on.ca to register one. 2. Fill the purchase exemption form. If you are from other countries, please register an user name on our website first. Then click "contact us" on top of this page. Provide us with the following information: 1. If you have a business: Business name, address, owner name, contact person name, telephone number, FAX number, TAX number, website. 2. If you sell on Ebay or any other online stores: please provide your user name on Ebay or your website address. 3. If you are individuals and want to start this business: You don't need information above. But per order must be greater than CAD$2000. We will give a quote at reseller's price. 4. User name on our website.
After becoming our dealer: 1. You will receive a welcome package with account number. 2. You can check updated reseller's price on our website. 3. You can place orders online, make payment online, trace shipping online and check orders history online. 4. You will receive products brochure with pricing list. Payments: Credit cards, Paypal, cheque, money order, cash, Email money transfer, bank wired transfer. Shipping within Toronto area: 1. 2 days early orders: free shipping if order’s amount is over CAD$100. Shipping costs $5 for order under $100 2. Same day delivery: Before 12pm, free shipping if order’s amount is over CAD$300. Shipping costs $15 for order under $300 3. Rush service (4 hours arrive): free shipping before 1:30pm and over $500. Shipping costs $30 for order under $500 4. Outside Toronto within Ontario: free shipping for orders over $300. Shipping costs $15 for orders under $300 5. Outside Ontario within Canada: Free shipping for orders over $800. Shipping costs $25 for orders under $800 6. For defective product’s shipping: Within Toronto, we will pick them up. Outside Toronto, you have to ship them back to us. 7. No refund service.
